We offer a 7 days money-back guarantee for our web hosting services, including shared hosting, WordPress hosting, and Reseller hosting. This refund policy does not apply to dedicated servers and domain name registrations.
2. Refund Period
You may request a refund within the first 7 days from the initial purchase date of your hosting service. After the 7 days period has passed, no refunds will be provided.
3. Valid Reasons for Refund
Refunds will be granted for the following valid reasons:
- Unsatisfactory performance or uptime issues that cannot be resolved.
- Technical issues that are not resolvable by our support team.
- Cancellation of hosting services within the first 7 days.
4. Ineligible Situations
Refunds will not be granted for the following situations:
- Violations of our terms of service or acceptable use policy.
- Requesting a refund after the 7 days refund period has expired.
- Domain Reseller Program Subscriptions/Funds
- Domain registration or transfer fees.
5. How to Request a Refund

Your account username.
- The reason for the refund request.
- Any relevant details or evidence to support your request.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days using the same payment method you used for the initial purchase.
7. Prorated Refunds
If you have used any of our hosting services beyond the initial 7 days, we will calculate a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your hosting subscription.
