This Privacy Policy has been created to demonstrate our commitment to privacy and to provide you with (i) the types of information that D-Sites collects; and (ii) what D-Sites does with the information we collect.

D Sites Ltd. is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of all of our customers, and visitors. Registration

Consumers signing up for or inquiring into one of D Sites Ltd. many Services are asked to provide certain personal information including name, address, telephone number, and billing information (such as a credit card number). The personal information collected during the registration process is used to manage each consumer’s account, such as for billing purposes. This information is not shared with third parties, unless specifically stated otherwise or in response to the special circumstances listed above.

Security Measures

D Sites Ltd. uses a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access and on those which are located in controlled facilities. Filtered Internet Services

Customers subscribing to the optional D Sites Ltd. Spam Detection service agree to an automated scan and removal of all incoming email messages for the attributes commonly associated with unsolicited commercial bulk messages. From time to time, D-Sites may examine suspected spam sent to customers in order to improve filtering efficiency. D-Sites makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of spam filtering, however, it cannot be guaranteed.

Contacting Us

When consumerssend email inquiries to D Sites Ltd. or attempt to contact D Sites Ltd. via our Support page, the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive. D Sites Ltd. does not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share the return email address with any third party.

“Cookies”

D Sites Ltd. uses “cookies” to help personalize and simplify your experience using the Internet. A “cookie” is a small data file that can be placed on your hard drive when you visit certain Web sites. D-Sites may use cookies to collect, store, and sometimes track information for statistical purposes in order to improve the products and services we provide and to manage our telecommunications networks. Revisions to D Sites Ltd. Privacy Policy

D Sites Ltd. reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this Privacy Policy and our other policies and agreements, including our Acceptable Usage Policy, at any time and in any manner. If we decide to make changes to our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information and whether we will disclose it to anyone. Additionally, the word “updated” will be inserted in front of the Privacy Policy link on D-Sites’s home page so that you may easily identify when the Privacy Policy has been modified.
