We offer a 7 days money-back guarantee for our web hosting services, including shared hosting, WordPress hosting, and Reseller hosting. This refund policy does not apply to dedicated servers and domain name registrations.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team through our support ticket system or by sending an email to sales@dekoponstack.com. In your request, please include the following information:Your account username.
Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days using the same payment method you used for the initial purchase.
If you have used any of our hosting services beyond the initial 7 days, we will calculate a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your hosting subscription.
Please be aware that our refund policy is subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of the refund policy without prior notice. Once we update the policy we will mention the date when policy got modified last time.
